Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship.

Once shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become available.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, delayed, or damaged mail once it leaves our hands, and we will not offer replacements or issue refunds. Please contact the shipping courier for tracking issues.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect inputed address on the part of the buyer, we will offer you a refund (excluding shipping cost), or you can purchase a new label and we will re-send.

If a package’s tracking status says it has been delivered, but you claim to have not received the item, you must log an investigation with USPS (or your local courier) to prove your parcel was never received in order to be refunded.
