SHIPPING:

  • Orders ship from CA
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship. 
  • Once shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become available.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail, and we will not offer replacements or issue refunds. Please contact the shipping courier for tracking issues.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Due to being a small business and having limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
  • Lady Moon Co. is not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service, or from use after purchase (ex. pin backs falling off).
  • If you there is an error with your order, please contact us and we will take care of it!

CANCELLATIONS:

  • We do allow a 24 hour cancellation period, granted the items have not been shipped. Request must be received within 24 hours of purchase time. No exceptions. Please email ladymoonco@gmail.com or reply to your order confirmation. Instagram DM's will not be accepted.
