RETURNS:

Due to being a small business and having limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

We do allow a 24 hour cancellation period, granted the items have not been shipped. Request must be received within 24 hours of purchase time. No exceptions. Please email info@ladymoon.co or reply to your order confirmation. Instagram DM's will not be accepted. 

Lady Moon Co.® is not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service, or from use after purchase (ex. pin backs falling off).

If you receive an incorrect order please contact us and we will take care of it!
