RETURNS:

Due to being a small business and having limited stock, all sales are final. We can not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Lady Moon Co.® is not responsible for loss or delay due to the postal service, or from use after purchase (ex. pin backs falling off). 

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged mail once it leaves our hands, and we will not offer replacements or issue refunds.

However, If you receive an incorrect order please contact us and we will take care of it!

CANCELLATIONS:

We allow a 24 hour cancellation period, granted the items have not been shipped. Request must be received within 24 hours of purchase time. No exceptions. Please email info@ladymoon.co or reply to your order confirmation. Instagram DM's will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to ship.

Once shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to become available.
